New charts, 3D views and table views can be created by modifying and saving existing ones or created from scratch using the options in Analysis Window->*New.
A new blank 3D view, Chart or Table will be opened in the active view on pressing the relevant button. This will create a new button with a name like “New Table View (unsaved 1)” in the same tab. All changes in the new tool will be retained in the memory and you can call this tool by pressing on this button. On closing mXrap, you will be notified of any unsaved new items, with the option to cancel the exit procedure and save the new items or to discard these new items.
When a new item is saved a new button with the saved name in the chosen saved category tab, will be created, and the temporary button in Analysis Window->*New will disappear.
All components of a new tool must be configured. This is performed in the item’s configure window.
