Composite Filters

Composite Filters combines other filers (of all available types) into a complex filter similar to the way a range filter combines filter columns into a filter tree and the user interface is similar.

Methodology for setting up a filter:

  1. Choose an input table for filtering.
  2. Select values for filtering. This is done by clicking and dragging the value name from the Columns window into the Filter Structure window. When highlighted, components can be removed using the "Delete" key.
  3. Manipulate Logic if required.
  4. Ensure the filter is configured correctly by applying it to a table view. This prevents any mistakes in the filtering from being transferred to calculations and ultimately analysis.
